I'd be mad if I had to learn it all over again. Excellent work with CCC as well. Yes, very tough indeed. I think we all decided it's one if not THE hardest of her workouts. Yes, it super hard, but from the day I started working out many years ago I've always hated doing cardio and then getting down on the floor and then back up and over and over. I've just always hated that. Once I'm on the floor that's where I like to stay lol. So I burned 570 calories and the workout was 65 minutes. I'm glad all that is over with. Guest guest Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 Hi, This morning was MMA Boxing. I was looking forward to this one. I absolutely love this workout!!! It's not super hard but yet not super easy either and the combos are so fun. The second leg drill is weird for me though. She switches back and forth. I do OK on the bouncing three times and then switching, but when she does the single switches I just can't seem to get my bottom end turned all the way lol. It feels weird. The abs are a little bit harder in this workout then they are in the MMA KB, to me anyway. This is one you won't hear me complain about, that's for sure. I burned 371 calories. I did the whole DVD from cooldown, both cardio sessions, the strength & sculpt, the boot camp and the cool down. It sure felt good. I am going to try to do at least a couple videos a week and then log them down in a spreadsheet as I do them so I will at least know what I have. in CA Hotmail has tools for the New Busy.
