Hi Kassia,

Hope you feel better soon - good job in getting your workout in. Are you guys suposed to get snow and/or ice tonight? I think we are, although how much depends on who you listen to. I have a bad feeling about school tomorrow......... :)

yesterday i managed kettlebells real quick. i started coughing pretty good in the middle of my second round of the last circuit so i didn't finish. its allergies or i am getting bronchitis again(i have been known to get that with no fever or other symptoms). going to take some allergy meds, its been warmer here so it wouldn't surprise me if that might be the cause b/c i have the itchy nose and scratchy throat but in the morning its particularly sore and feeling dry.anyway i did 30 secs each. i did the set 2x straight through but only took a break between the sets. took longer rests to be safe.swingssquatssnatch Rsnatch Lswingslungesclean Rclean Lswingssumo deadliftsswings Rswings Lsecond round i just did swings,DL and one more round of swings and called it a day. this morning i did <a href="http:/ /www.collagevide o.com/workout- video/denise-

austins-personal -training- system-7394">denise austin's personal training system</a> cardio, both the lower and higher intensity. the lower intensity is simple aerobics done with no impact while the higher added some impact and intervals with upper/lower body weight exercises. a great workout for those days when you can't seem to jump and punch and kick like you normally would. i also find denise annoyingly perky but it does help the spirit to have ppl that are perky and happy even if you find them annoying. their vibe just can't help itself in infecting you. i hope to get to the toning segments of denise's personal training system workout later today. the kid is home sick so no gym trip for me. Here you just never know - some places are calm about it others are making a big deal. I guess we'll see what we get when it comes! :)Donna

Good workout, especially when you're sick Kassia, it sounds more like bronchitis than allergies, so be careful and make sure you get lots of rest.
