Guest guest Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 Hi, Well, I got my third yoga routine in this week!! Tonight I did Happy Hips again and did the last routine "Downhill" I really enjoyed this one, even though he doesn't do the full pigeon pose. My legs are still feeling weak, as if the DOMS is getting ready to blast me. We'll see how they feel tomorrow. Hard to believe tomorrow is already Friday. This week flew by.
