Guest guest Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 Another toughie this morning, but I got it done. I'm not going to list my weights. Very similar to last week. I dropped down on some from what the card said, and still struggled (78 pounds for those dang rows!). My back is not super-happy with all the bending over exercises (rows and kickbacks) right now... hope it subsides soon. Anyway, I burned 514 calories with my average at 124.
