Hi,

This evening I just didn't feel like yoga (shocking, huh?) I decided to do a workout I haven't done in a while, S. Core Strength & Condition. That is one tough workout. You have to really mentally focus on those long holds. I wanted to stop so bad, but my brain wouldn't let me and my body was screaming lol.

I did the entire workout this time. She includes low back work and since I don't do many dead lifts these days I thought that might be good for me. Luckily the exercises didn't hurt it.

I was happy when I was done because I didn't have to stop anytime during any of it and that says a lot with this workout.

I hope I'm sore tomorrow.
