Woo-hoo, a complete workout day..

I had a lot to do this morning.  I had to finish making Bryar's spider cake for school, and then work on facial hair for Sawyer's costume.  AND Kaysar woke up before I worked out.  So anyway, I only had time for a 30-minute workout.  I did level 2 of Shred.  I meant to do level 1, but some reason it went to 2 and I didn't change it.  wow, tough stuff.  I liked the workout okay.  It was what I was expecting.  I worked hard, but I didn't have that high of a burn.  I think it was 258?  My average was like 130.

And now I just finished up with an afternoon workout, I chose Brook Benton's Butts & Gutts.  It's a kettlebell workout, and a super-squater.  Holy Wow.  It''s non-stop unlike more traditional kettlebell workouts.  I started sith my 25lb bell, but ended up using my 18 and still was toast.  I like it okay, but I don't think I will ever do the WHOLE thing again, and will just do the 15 minute workout instead.  I also did the 10-minute ab section.  So, I worked out for about another hour. 

I don't have to train tonight, but will have to in the morning and then tomorrow night.  My computer is also ready to be picked up, I'm hoping I can get it tomorrow.  Hope everone has a nice evening.  I plan on it, but I still don't even have my dishes done for the day....ugh..
