Guest guest Posted January 5, 2010 Report Share Posted January 5, 2010 Breakfast--2 slices French Toast with light syrup Snack--granola bar, Pepsi Lunch--tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread and fat free cheese), Pepsi Snack--mac & cheese, carrots Dinner--Grilled chicken with Italian seasoning, Angel Hair pasta, corn, Pepsi Snack--None, too late after classes to get in dinner and a snack so I'm going to bed without it. Water--80 ounces (not nearly enough) Calories--2340 (too low) Carbs--397--68% Protein--89.5--15% Fat--43--17% Exercise--Taught Yoga--45 minutes Thoughts and Feelings--Tired. Wished I had a bigger turnout for my classes. (Nobody even showed for Pilates! ) Hopefully, it will build up eventually. Was too busy getting forms ready today for the Weight Loss University that I didn't take the time to get my cardio in. I intend to do a long cardio tomorrow to make up for it.
