Guest guest Posted January 19, 2010 Report Share Posted January 19, 2010 Well, luckily I woke up pretty " charged " again today and ready to take on another HIIT. I hadn't done this one yet, and I loved it. I think it was my favorite The music in this one seemed better too..hmm.. Anyway, I burned 350 calories with my average being at 146. Wow, high average for me. Afterwards, when I realized I wasn't going to die afterall, I put in Kari 's Curl. I love this routine. Very well-rounded. I got a nice 20-minute ab workout in. I feel like my abs have lost a lot of strength though. I used to do them every other day and now I haven't been.. I can tell..ugh... Anyway, another great workout! I see that Cathe has MMA Kickbox (or boxing) down for Thursday, I'm thinking of stubbing Tracey's new one.......
