Guest guest Posted January 2, 2010 Report Share Posted January 2, 2010 I finished up my 1RMs today. It took me about 30 minutes, maybe a bit more. I decided i had better do some lower body work afterwards. I chose an oldie. I did Cathe's Rock Bottoms. This one has only 7 minutes of standing lower body work, and then moves onto the floor for about 20 minutes of grueling floorwork. I wore ankle weights, but they weren't very heavy (maybe 1 pound), and I got my booty kicked... I am thinking I'd like to get some cardio in later, and maybe tomorrow take a light day, but nothing is for certain.
