I am careful to monitor the carbs and if they're a little too high, I'll leave some rice/pasta/potatoes on the plate. They can be a lifesaver. > Hi all. If it works for you, then great!I bought some Lean Cusine pizza recently because I thought it looked reasonable calorie and fat wise but it tasted like cardboard. My gripe about frozen dinners is that they are often full of preservatives and aren't used from good quality food most of the time though there are some gourmet brands that do. However, I don't want to pay the gourmet price for them. With a pita bread, my own marina sauce, fat free cheese, onions, tomatos and a few olives I have a much tastier pizza for around the same calories and less fat.
