It is a wonderful, freeing feeling, isn't it? We tell ourselves, I don't want to do THAT, it is too tedious, too boring, too much work, just yucky. But, if alternative methods aren't working for you then which is worse, feeling out of control or doing something boring and tedious for a few minutes a few times a day (in the beginning only). Sometimes we have to give ourselves mental shakes and just say "what IS your PRIORITY?!" Ugh.

Today was my weekly weigh in day. I am now at 187.8 which is down 1.2 pounds from last Tuesday. I guess my weeks of 2 and 3 pound losses are gone now. I still want to lose 47.8 more pounds. I just came from my annual mammo this morning. Now my boobs will be bruised for 2 weeks, that really is the most excruciating experience I know of. My sister says hers dont hurt at all but then she has been very boobedly blessed. I am seriously lacking in that department and I think that is why it hurts more, they have to pull fat from my side, butt, thighs, wherever to shove in that machine to make it past the line. I know, TMI, but hey we're all friends here right? Have a great day today everyone.

, hope your sisters recover soon! Hugs :)Nothing wrong with losing 1-2 lbs a week!  That's 4-8 pounds a month!  You are doing so well and it really inspires me to hear about your weight loss journey!  Keep it up!

Hi ,

Your weight loss is great at least it is going in the right direction. And, 1-2 lbs per week is perfect - usually you lose more in the beginning and then taper off as you get closer to your goal weight.

I am terrified of mammograms, but I have to say, mine have never hurt during the procedure either - guess i'm lucky! :)

Fantastic job !!  Maybe you can do some " easier " workouts while you are feeling low on energy for awhile???  Or reduct the amount of days you are working out??  Hang in there, keep going strong though.  DON'T STOP OR GIVE UP!

yea!!! great weight loss. Way to go on the weight loss , you are really doing well. I hear ya on the not enough time comment, its a real struggle to get everything in.
