AWESOME! Happy Birthday, ! I think you will enjoy Jillian's workouts, especially if you like Shred. And, with the format of the workouts - circuits - you can shorten the workouts if you are short on time.

Take care,

Donna

Tomorrow is my 43rd birthday but I bought myself some presents today! My dad gave me money as a gift last night so I used some of that to buy myself a much needed new pair of glasses. Not much fun, but but more fun than using my own money. I also had a bunch of Border's gift cards (one was a Christmas gift this year and I'm not sure where all the others came from). Borders is doing 33% off coupon right now for Borders Rewards members (it is a one use coupon code so it won't do anyone any good to post mine here, I just used it) and they have a bunch of stuff for 75% off too. I didn't get anything for 75% off but got two Jillian s' videos each for 20% offf, plus with my 33% off code I managed to save over $9.00! Here's what I ordered:

Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism (Jillian)

No More Trouble Zones (Jillian)

Get Extremely Ripped (Jari)

Get Extremely Ripped 1000

I only had to pay $1.38 for all 4!

I also had a $5 gift card from Amazon and last week ordered The FIRM Total Muscle Shaping on DVD, in shrinkwrap for just under $5 and received that Saturday!

I have soooooo many virgin workouts already, now I've added 5 more to the pile! I'm working out intermittently still, trying to adjust to my new work schedule which is changing again next week but not too dramatically I hope, so they are being used sloooooowly. My goal for now, until I get into a new routine is at least 3 workouts per week. No plans for what kinds of workouts, not looking for any particular results, just wanting to make sure I stay doing something. I did 3 last week so I'm good there. Didn't workout today but I don't have to work or be anywhere at any particular time tomorrow so I'm definitely working out tomorrow. I also have a Kohl's gift card, JC Penney gift card and Ann Loft gift card (all totaling almost $100) to use and might take myself shopping tomorrow. They're all right near each other so that helps. I want to get some new clothes for work and a new workout outfit, including new yoga pants (I have

one pair that is so big they fall down and one that fits but has rips in it). I also desperately need new cross trainers but am not sure if I want to get those anywhere except the running shoe store I've bought them in the past (watch for another post on that). Not sure I'll have enough time to do all that but we'll see. Starting next week I lead a WW meeting at a local hospital from 6:15 - 7:15 AM (yes, morning) every Tuesday but that means I'll be home just after leaves for school and before Miriam even wakes up for school and I don't work any other times on Tuesdays so I'll be able to work out and have the rest of the day free most of the time (almost like a day off) to do more shopping soon! I love free shopping! :-)

(who also bought groceries for free today because I had a $20 CVS extra bucks coupon and a $2 winning lotto ticket from a Christmas present, I actually got 40 cents change back!)
