Guest guest
Read the book. It says things that make a lot of sense. I have a friend who has lost over 100 lbs on it. I have bad weeks sometimes where I eat candy or bread or whatever, but if you get too far off track, you can do the first 2 weeks again and kick start it again. I prefer it to Weight Watchers because you don’t have to count & keep up with anything. De Re: I'm off..... Guest guest
Hey Guys, Thank you. Now I won't be the fat sister any more. Actually, my little sis is the fatter sister, we call the one in B C the anorexic girl. She just ticks me off sometimes with her perfect kids & her perfect husband & her perfect life. I guess every family has a little Miss Perfect & she's ours, of course she's working on her third husband so I guess that means she's not as perfect as she thinks she is. Sound jealous don't I? I guess I am. SuZie Next time I'm coming back as a cat I Know Some1 That Has Done Pretty Good On It Too. I Will Look Into It. Guest guest
There is no reason to be jealous. You only have to worry about your cat and that is good with your health problems. No one is perfect. Guest guest
I agree with Gail. We ALL have "bags of rocks" to carry on our backs, or drag on the ground...Actually, Probably draggin' them on the ground is good, it shows one that the weight is too much to shoulder anymore, and cut and scrape ones back, to the point of barely hanging on to this.." bag of rocks" and eventually, depending on ones determination/commitment, and whAt EVER ELSE drives one to carry this uncomfortable, unneeded, bothersome weight around.....suddenly, it will hit you!! JUST LIKE A BAG OF ROCKS!!! Just let it go, drop it, keep walkin' and don't look back. Heal YOUR wounds and cuts and scratches, alone..or with the help of a trusted freind. Feel no sorrow, nor wish ill will for that load, who knows?? Someone else may pick it up and put it on their back, but I doubt they will carry the load as long as the one before them, 'cause we are all older now. and what used to be is no longer........ gail <gaila@...> wrote: There is no reason to be jealous. You only have to worry about your cat and that is good with your health problems. No one is perfect.
