evening all,had a good day at the gym. did 30 min on treadmill steady state up to 6.0 after i stretched i figured i'd try out the new leg machines. i did 4 sets of 10 on leg press, 2x10 of leg extension,inner and outer thighs and butt blasters.i just finished ALL segments of stretch max. just was going to start with one but then just kept going. have to get viola ready for bed. kassia
