Guest guest Posted December 31, 2009 Report Share Posted December 31, 2009 Hi Everyone, I mixed it up this morning - started with Pilates matwork from Pilates Perfect Mix ( Kries), then hopped on the TM and did a 30 min power walk (2.3miles), then, I popped Perfect Mix back in and did the Metabolic Booster section (which is Pilates/dance style exercises done with light weights). I started to do the yoga stretch on this one, but DD was up - she was doing some of it with me and got bored, so I stopped, too. It wasn't the overall best yoga for me anyway as it had a lot of forward bends which I don't like to do - so I finished up with some of my own stretches instead. Not sure what is up for tomorrow - I still want to do 's 3-Dimensional toning from the Method series. I may do something else, though - may also do the bike for some cardio. I am both dreading and looking forward to the return to real life next week. The part I'm looking forward to is getting a handle on my healthy habits again - eating has been BAD for about 2 weeks now and I'm feeling the effects (plus some of the post holiday exhaustion, too!).
