Hi,

This evening I tried my new yoga DVD Pursuit of Happy Hips. I did Easy Street. My butt muscles were screaming throughout the entire routine. The stretches even hurt. I couldn't even get myself into down dog without having to bend my legs all funky because of the pain lol.

Love this DVD. It's going to be a toss up between which ones I like the best between this and my Power Yoga For Happiness routines.

Here's the breakdown of the DVD. Sara, I thought you might like to see this.

Easy Street 51 minutes

(mellow routine. Days when you're tired.)

World Champion's hips 79 minutes

(core stretch, hip opened, hand balancing, twists)

Hot Chocolate 57 minutes

(days when you want to increase fitness. sun salutations, butt, ab and core toning section, front body stretches, back bends)

All Downhill 43 minutes

(more gentle practice, standing poses, front and back body stretches, twists and deep hip opening)

The scenery is beautiful once again. Eion really knows how to make yoga DVD's.

Off to watch the weather and see what schools are closed for tomorrow.

Have a nice evening.

Hi :

Could you tell me what level you consider Happy Hips to be....I'm not really a yoga person but I definitely need something for my hips and wonder if its something I could do. Thanks

Andie

Hi,

Well, I got my third yoga routine in this week!! Tonight I did Happy Hips again and did the last routine "Downhill" I really enjoyed this one, even though he doesn't do the full pigeon pose.

My legs are still feeling weak, as if the DOMS is getting ready to blast me. We'll see how they feel tomorrow. Hard to believe tomorrow is already Friday. This week flew by.

Have a nice evening
