Guest guest Posted January 5, 2010 Report Share Posted January 5, 2010 http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/10-MINUTE-SOLUTION-HIP-HOP-DANCE-p/66.htmi picked this up at sam's for 9.86. i did the first two segments and so far worth the money spent. its all hip hop based dance done at a bit of a quicker tempo then julz arney or jennifer galardi but still teaches add on style but she separates the combos into two-three mini combos unlike the others that TIFTs a lot to build up the whole routine. if you have a dance flair this is good but watch out if you have back issues b/c you are going to do a lot of waist twisting and hip snapping. it is a fun workout but a little hard to catch on b/c of the quicker pace. its something to keep working at. i didn't get to the gym yesterday b/c i didn't even get a break at work to sit down and have lunch. by the time the day was over i was exhausted and just felt i couldn't even walk to far let alone trying to run. and today i have an appointment so i can't go back today either. just so much happened at work yesterday its like one thing after another. first school was delayed, then nothing was really ready, ppl knew breaktime but didn't bother to help out others, then they bused another school to our school for lunch b/c their heat wasn't working, superintendent was in and things were just going slow. glad i have these fun workouts to fall back on when i have some strength to workout b/c it keeps me moving and keeps it short too. i also picked up jackies new strength circuit workout i wanted to check out. i have the breakdowns but curious how she times the moves. i may or may not keep it but it was cheap and it actually looked really good and had some different stuff in there. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
