Today I did the Cathe Basic Step DVD, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be although I got a little lost on the knee up around the world thingy but other than that I really enjoyed this one, probably since it is for beginners. I also did the stability ball ab workout on the same DVD and only had a problem with one little part, the part where you sit up with the ball from the floor, I can't do that part yet but I am working on it, I'm sure my abs will hurt tomorrow. Have a great day everyone. I am so trying to enjoy today as I have to go back to work tomorrow after two weeks off.
