Hi,Today was Day 2 which was Shred Level 1 again. I felt I did better with form on the exercises for today! YAY! Although I did also lighten my weights - I was a bit tired (bad night - dreading teh return of "real life" after the holidays) Afterwards, I attempted to add on 20 min of cardio from Austin's Bootcamp (the first one), but just didn't feel into it so I switched to classical stretch and did an episode (anti-aging) from the 2007 TV Series. That hit the spot! I think tomorrow is No More Troubel Zones which is a virgin for me. Wish me luck, I"m still scared!Yesterday afternoon I did my push-up circuit, but ony three sets since I had done two sets earlier with Jillian. My strength in performing push-ups is so much better in the afternoon. I had set a goal to do 3 sets of 15,

but I ended up doing one set of 15, one set of 18, and one set of 20. I will say one thing - if you want a TOTAL body exercise, make it push-ups - everything is sore from doing these (and taking the month of December off from doing them!). In between push-ups I did pull-downs, x-band monster walks and face the wall squats.

Today I'm in the office and will do some stair climbing.
