Guest guest
Hi ! Funny you mention this one, but I was thinking I'd do it this week for one of my cardio workouts - maybe tomorrow's! I really like it - especially the drills at the end. Take care! Donna --- fitgrl222@... wrote: > This evening I did Cardio Kicks. Guest guest
, in looking at the intensity of this workout, I'm confident that those 3 lbs will sizzle off in a few days! I mean, 23 lbs on flys and 62 lbs on barbell rows? Even at my apogee the most I ever used on barbell rows was maybe 40 lbs! You are the Cathe of the group, Sistah! I love it!! Guest guest
Hi, Well, after two days off and a lot of eating along with a lot of coughing I finally got up this morning and got a workout in. got me 's Cardio Kick Boxing from Netflix and brought it to me Christmas Eve. I wanted to do that one so I could get it back to her. I realized midway through that there was a bad spot on the disk and it stayed stuck right in that spot. I couldn't get it back so I had start in the middle of the next combo grrrr. I was totally lost there for a while. I liked this workout. She moves fast, which I'm use to with , but it seemed like she throws a lot at you at once and it took a few times before I could catch on. Plus, I had a space issue. I've been trying to figure a way to give myself some more space in this room. If I could move this one chair it would help. I hate when I don't have room and I have to modify a workout because of it. Anyway, I burned a whopping 620 calories. I couldn't believe it because I didn't feel like I worked 600+ calories hard. I'll sure take it though. I'm going to try out some of my new Shiva Rea DVD this evening. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Have a great Sunday! ~*~~*~
Guest guest
I think if I can get it at a cheap enough price I'd buy it.
