Guest guest Posted December 18, 2009 Report Share Posted December 18, 2009 Hi, I just got finished with 's Ready, Step, Go. I did the entire thing which was around 55 minutes. I burned 465 calories. I liked this workout OK, but not enough to purchase it. I got tripped up on the last couple of combos, but most of it was doable. I don't usually enjoy standing ab workout, but she had a little bit of that at the end and I liked it. She didn't stretch near as long as I had hoped she would, but then I've noticed this a lot with her workouts.
