Guest guest Posted September 27, 2009 Report Share Posted September 27, 2009 Yesterday, I decided to pull out Rob Glick's Amazing Cardio Combos and did the hi/lo section. I can honesty say that I did NOT enjoy it. UGH. The choreo was pretty complex and a lot of taking it from the top. It did nothing barely for my heart rate as well. I burned 194 calories when finished. I was thinking about trying the step portion but I had enough of Rob at that point. Maybe it was the day, but I'm thinking I would feel the same the second time I do it as well. Afterwards, I tried Play Ball w/ . Much better. I liked the workout a lot, and I have to say I love it when grunts It was perfect intensity. Not too hard, surely not easy. Collage says it has toning in it, but I would never use it for that Strictly cardio. I burned 285 calories while doing this one.
