Guest guest
Help! Venitta? Kathy? Anyone? Which in your opinion is the hardest of the three:Shape It Up Tear It UpTone It UpI know some are 80 minutes long and all but which is the hardest physically? I never made it to Noel's last night due to unexpected snow - I left work at 4:20 and didn't get home til 6:45! GRRR! Felt sorry for myself and ate pizza instead (yum!) so I want to do whatever is hardest today to make up for it. My lower back is talking to me and I'm going to need to do some yoga. Have any of you done the any of the yin practices from Power's Insight Yoga? http://www.pranamaya.com/powers-insight.html I'm thinking of doing one of those - one is for balancing the gallbladder and kidney meridians and the other is for the liver if I remember correctly. There is a 30 minute meditation and a 10 minute shavasana on this that I'd like to do too.Workin' on my Fitness like Fergie,
Guest guest
Hi , I think Tear It Up is the hardest, although I find Tone It Up to be right there as well - lots of leg work as I recall! Shape, while long, isn't that bad for me - I believe it alternates between "pushing" and "pulling" muscles. Take care!Donna From: Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...>Subject: Slim Series: which is hardest? / Insight Yoga with Powers question Date: Wednesday, December 30, 2009, 12:06 PM Help! Venitta? Kathy?
