Guest guest Posted December 16, 2009 Report Share Posted December 16, 2009 In Start It Up and Ramp It Up you do these standing tall, but bringing the weights/bands in with one arm crossed over the other in an " X " . I like to take precaution with these now too and if I need to lean over have one hand stabilizing me on a table. What I love about doing upper back with Noel is that none of the machines he puts me on place me in any potentially injurious angle or position.
