Guest guest
Hi Judy....I have the TRX Professional and the door anchor. I also have the All Body Express, TRX Essentials Flexibility and Essentials Strength and Core Strength Volume 1 DVDs. Guest guest
LOL....you can also attach it to the ceiling if you have beams.....it is really nice to use it outside as well, as you can attach it to any tree or railing. I live in northern Canada, so can't workout outside for 6 months of the year, it's minus 25 with the windchill here this morning!!! Guest guest
We have these at VSU. They are fun, but very intense! Lots of core because of the suspension. I’m actually looking at a certification that includes TRX. I really want to do it, but it will be about $500 so I’m just not sure yet. Too many other things to spend that money on when I don’t need the certification, ya know. But the equipment is a blast!
