Hi Judy....I have the TRX Professional and the door anchor. I also have the All Body Express, TRX Essentials Flexibility and Essentials Strength and Core Strength Volume 1 DVDs. It is the perfect travel gym as it packs down into its own backpack and with the Door Anchor you can use it in any hotel room...../..

I have no real doors in house (except front) but have tree and maybe others. Hi Donna:

Its difficult to describe but here's the description from the muscleup.ca website:

Designed for the high-use demands of health clubs and fitness professionals. The improved system features club-grade grips, easy adjust straps and trainer specific programming will deliver unrivaled core stability and functional strength for any sport. Perform more than 200 exercises with resistance that adjusts instantly from 0 to 100% of your bodyweight. Anchor the TRX weightracks, doors, fences, walls and more. Weighs less than 2lbs and packs to the size of the running shoe. If you like bodyweight type exercises then this is the perfect item. There are quite a few different DVDs that you can buy as well including the TRX Biomechanics Healthy Back DVD. If you check YouTube you can search for TRX and find a ton of videos showing how to use it.

LOL....you can also attach it to the ceiling if you have beams.....it is really nice to use it outside as well, as you can attach it to any tree or railing. I live in northern Canada, so can't workout outside for 6 months of the year, it's minus 25 with the windchill here this morning!!!

We have these at VSU. They are fun, but very intense!  Lots of

core because of the suspension.  I’m actually looking at a certification that

includes TRX.  I really want to do it, but it will be about $500 so I’m just

not sure yet.  Too many other things to spend that money on when I don’t need

the certification, ya know.  But the equipment is a blast!
