Guest guest Posted December 6, 2009 Report Share Posted December 6, 2009 Well, I got another great workout in this morning. I truly don't remember the last time I did this one. I am enjoying these workouts that have strength and cardio in them I also like it when they are broke into segments. Makes the workout go by so fast! Anyway, normally I don't care for hi/lo, but it was fine in this one. I didn't even mind the " bounciness " today. All went well! The workout is 73 minutes long, and I burned 780 calories with my average being 137. We are off to a family x-mas today where there will be way too much food.
