I Will Put Them On The Group Calender Today. I Was Worn Out Yesterday. It Is An

Hr and half just to the dr. plus i was up all night, too anxious to sleep. But

Now I Will Be Ok I Like The Dr And His Staff. And I Know Basically What To

Expect Each Visit. The Unknown Wears Out Any Patience I May Have Ever Had. I Was

Never This Anxious Before Tx. Anyone Else Notice An Increase In Anxiety? I Go

See Ortho Doc Wednesday About My Knee. Love D

I

think the omeprazole did about as good for me as the Nexium. Has Mitch tried

the cheaper stuff?

/De

RE:

De ???? for ya

Mitch was put on Nexium. His insurance just don't

don't cover it. It is $150 a month. We just can't afford it every month. But we

will check on Patient assistance programs.

Hey De Mitch is on Prilosec OTC right now. Also takes Zantac(rx) None has help as well as the nexium did. He rarely eats with out losing his meal later. No matter what he eats. One day at a time... d Motley <dmotley@...> wrote: I think the omeprazole did about as

Nuclear

stress test on your heart? I had one several years ago. They give

you a radioactive shot that they carry around in scary looking box and you do a

bunch of monitors & treadmill stuff. Then you go eat a nice greasy

meal because that helps get it out of your system faster and you go back &

do more monitors & treadmill stuff. That’s all I

remember. They told me the reason they wear the protective gear but the

shot was safe for me was because it was a tiny dose for me, but they do it over

and over all day so they are more exposed.

Re:

Welcome

I have come a long way in recent months to focus. The

small stuff is nothing like it was. But when I stress I tend to shut out

EVERYTHING not just the issue bothering me. Dr appts get me very anxious. If I

don't know step by step what is going to happen. Like for tests. But I really

don't sweat it as bad lately. One step at a time. One appointment at a time.

ONE TEST AT A TIME......haha too many tests lately.

Any one had a nuclear stress test??

lol My next test. I go Tuesday for it. Maybe half Tues

and half Wed.

Knowing how I stress has helped me cope with it a

little better.

Yup on my heart. It is needed by my bariatric surgeon for the final ok on surgery. Because the heart dr recommended it prior to surgery. covers all behinds. I had several tests when I was there before but he didn't clear me in the written report to the surgeon. Motley <dmotley@...> wrote: Nuclear stress test on your heart? I had one several years ago. Just

cuz Tim had an anxiety attack doesn’t mean you will. I didn’t.

Just wait & see how you do with it. The scariest part for me was when

they brought the shot in the big metal vault & I thought Oh, sh…..

In fact, I probably said it. I didn’t have a camera & mine didn’t

cost that much. I had an abnormal EKG & they determined that my heart

normal beat is just abby normal, no biggy.

Tim,

why did they do yours?

RE:

GREAT!!!!! it's ok I have to do it to get the surgery

I want! I will get it done.

Hi D yeah they did their thing with their camera both ends and all was fine. They won't ever do another unless I am totally out as it was eventually they had to knock me out but through alot of it I was in such pain the ahole doing it was a brute. I had stuff during procedure but as I said they finally knocked me out when I started crying so hard. Most people don't have that but I sure did at least with him. hugs..WWdanne <dannegrl2003@...> wrote: Before My Husband started tx his dr made sure to

They knocked me out from the get-go & that was just the esophagial one, never had the colonoscopy. If they want to do that they'd better knock me out the day before!
