I had a hard time deciding what to do today.  I ended up settling with 's mat workout.  I liked it a lot, but would have liked better cuing that is for certain.  Her cuing is basically non-existant.  This one has some great music in it though and it's pretty hard.  I did hate the standing ab section though.  I don't think I will ever do that part again.  I  couldn't tell what she was doing and I felt it was just a waste of my time for that reason.  I got my arms toasted with the upper body work, but 90% of that was shoulders, maybe I would have felt it more in the rest of my arm if I didn't have to break so much!  Holy cow!    I had some major lactic acid buildup going on!!

I might give this a try very soon again.  I had a lot of interruptions this morning with it, and it was hard to get a great feel with it, in the beginning anyway.Darcy
