Guest guest Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 not sure when i last posted workouts. but i will start with sundayi tried all body attack with sharon twombly but was aggravated that they were simple steps but i couldn't keep up. it would have been nice if the first round she counted the beats in her cardio then maybe i would have been able to follow along but she just changes up to fast with no real warning. i bought this b/c i heard it was good but i am not seeing it. i gave up after 15 min. did my own circuit i got for bodyrock.tv.opposite arm/leg 10sumo woodchop with med ball 20@8lbrenegade row with DB 10@10lbscossack lunge with med ball 10@8lbstaggered pushups using ball 12back lunge with overhead press 10@8lbsside bends with ball 10@8lbssquat and twists 20@8lbsball pass crunches 10@5lbsforward lunge twist 20@8lb went through this twice then did cathe's upper body segment from basic step. yesterday did imax3 blast only but made to blast 6 before i couldn't do anymore LOL. last night did denise power zone mind,body soul. this morning did a bell circuit. 2 times through took 20 min including break. i really do make it tough on myself but i am reaching for quality over quantity. i find the lower my workout time or breaking it up the easier time i am having with my eating.swings 20clean/press/squats 5 essnatch 5estactical lunges 20swings 20high pull/snatch/windmill 5esclean 5esrenegade lunges 20want to do core fusion pilates later since i did do barre yesterday as planned. this way i get my barre but also work my abs as scheduled.kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
