Guest guest Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 Hi everyone, Starting last week I'm doing 3 days of muscle endurance (Mon/Wed/Fri), and cardio/core in between ... and any other workouts I feel like throwing in there. But mainly, I need to get consistent with my resistance training right now. I've been all over the place. I'm 47 and my hormonal fluxuations are definitely a challenge. I'm just trying to keep up with the constant changes ... food/sleep/crazy-changing periods, etc. I journal my food and workouts -- a necessity for me right now. Food sensitivities have become an issue where they weren't before. It's a journey. So ... Yesterday I did Jari's Chiseled workout. Today I'm trying out Bootcamp Boogie (new from Petra Kolber -- got good reviews on Collage). Then I have to hunker down and study. Have a great day!
