Hi,

I hope you all have enjoyed your weekend. Mine was full of eating, like usual. I've got to stop that. It's like I stay so solid and strict through the week, knowing every morsel that goes into my mouth and when Sat and Sun comes I let loose and go nuts with food and eat anything and everything. Ugh.

So this evening I really didn't have time to do yoga. I had planned to do a longer one, but as it turned out I barely had time to do any, BUT... I did manage one. I did Power Yoga For Happiness 2 (Bliss Rider) this was just 40 minutes (35m since I didn't to do corpse pose) and it included abs.

Back to the eating..... one thing I've noticed EVERY TIME when I do yoga after a heavy meal, even though I'm waiting a good 2 hours before doing a routine is that I get major indigestion. Its mainly when I'm doing down dog or really anything where my head is below my heart. Its horrible. I do it to myself, I know it.

Anyway, off to make lunches for the week and get ready to watch Desperate Housewives.
