It is 3 seperate one mile walks. I did all three of them. I didn't like it as much as Sansone as seems to switch into something else without saying so until she's already doing it. I did however really like the last mile which is done with light hand weights. This is what I need as I have zero upper body strength. She also did a very long stretch session afterward which looked nice but I didn't do because it required a chair and I didn't have one handy but I will definitely do it next time. I will do this one again as a change of pace, but to me not as good as the walk away the pounds ones. I have already done a bunch of housework today and still have more to do tomorrow. I am boiling some potatoes and eggs right now and will soon be making potato and macaroni salads for tomorrow.
