Guest guest
I read conflicting information. What is your opinion? I have books that go on and on about the health benefits of kombucha. Then I see some websites that claim kombucha does NOT have glucuronic acid, that it may actually inhibit the glucuronic acid that my body makes. I have been making and drinking kombucha for over 2 years. I absolutely love it. I no longer crave soda. We are a traditional foods family so, the fact that it is a traditional ferment long enjoyed by healthy people--that carries a lot of weight with me. But, I also do not want to discredit current research. So, if anyone of you have looked into this matter, I would truly appreciate your wisdom. Thank you!
