I do not work for them, but just passing on what is supposed to happen(.www.AmericanDentalCareINC.com) Premium, $9.00 a month and you save a bundel of money. upper dentuires--full set cost about $299.00! (just for the top. I regrettably masy need that. I wish I could join a who's teeth fall out faster contest!! If you need dental work it sounds great! My original dentist I've known for 15 years made two different excuses not to treat me. unbeknownst to him.One, they are going to quit using my insurance company..and I was informed of that on Sunday night at 6:pm! by his daughter that works there,and told me I couldn't afford the care I need (extensive) so it would be better if I went somewhere else...I just said thanks bye.. Then I had an idea and followed through on it. I called their office Monday am before they got there (on purpose) and left a message kinda' like Your not going to BELIEVE this..but my family has agreed to pay all costs for my teeth, so I'll be there at 11:00..See ya' then!! My phone rang off the wall all morning with their number on the caller ID, and I didn't answer. I called about 1105am and said I would be there shortly.. at which time his wife said we can't work on you, because you have so much work to do. Two different stories... Census Time... Am I a bad vengeful person for doing this (remember I had waited TWO weeks in mild pain for this day) or.....would anyone have done the same? He IS a professional Licensed Dentist Doctor I know this is petty in the overall scheme of our lives, but I'm curious as well, Has anyone else been turned away from a health care professional in a manner similar to this? Should I expect more of the same? Oh yeah,,,Patty on the Party-oh hehehehe, I just thought that up! Smoking' s a tough one, My Dad smoked 4 packs of OLD GOLDS a day! He went cold turkey, was hell to live with, and walked around holding and sucking pencils like they were a cig. and we all kinda' laughed about it, because most of us were ignorant in the 50's and still thought smoking was cool. My God...the man was going through extreme withdrawl, we know now, and started having strokes,, heart attacks, and went blind for the last 10 tears of his life. I'll stick to the fig newtons (literally). The way I nod off with no warning sometimes it would certainly burn me up, if I smoked... God bless and I mean patty on the party oh in a funny way..not any other.. I say this because I was/am and addict. I'm really finding out about addictions and what they are. I have 'hung out' with my drinking buddies since I quit three years ago, and I'm fine with it!! Re read the message on the box for a reminder. I think basically the message is Use of this product will kill you. I'm addicted to snacks now. I've put on 60 lbs in the last six months... I wake up in the middle of the night, and say,"OH Yeah..I have fig newtons downstairs. I'm 5' 9" tall, and now weigh almost three hundred LBS. I know it's wrong...WAAAYY wrong for me to not eat healthy,especially with a TP maybe in my future. We can't rely om our docs to state the obvious. Of course its unhealthy for me to be so heavy..and for you to smoke, and we both already. y know it. Only WE can treat our addictions..We can get guidance, but one must be motivated in ones own spirit, heart, and soul, to win over addiction.
