Guest guest
Still low on energy, getting tired of this cough. I feel fine other than just tired, and this darn cough that won't let up. It hasn't gotten worse though..luckily.. I decided today would be a perfect day for a Margaret . I chose Goon 'N Strong and liked it alright. I think I will enjoy it more the second time as I was clueless as to how long the workout lasted or what it all entailed. I don't like going into workouts so " blindly " . Anyway, I got great burns, but I don't think I broke a sweat. She targets all of the muscle groups. With lower body, it's done on the floor. I worked out w/out socks or shoes and it was perfect for that. However, I can't wait to gets some socks on now. My feet are freezing! ?Anyway, I'm hoping I can pick up the intensity soon again, but don't want to push it w/ the cough..GRR.. Enjoy your Sundays. We bought our tree yesterday. A big one - it's 7 - 8 feet. Excited to put it up But also dreading all the work it entails!Darcy
Guest guest
Darcy, Have you thought about taking a couple of days off to give your body some extra strength to fight the cough? If there is any rattle in your breathing you really shouldn't be working out. Also have you tried mucinex? It makes the cough worse for a little bit but it really breaks up the phlegm so that your lungs can expel it easier. Important to drink a lot of water with it. Vitamin C and Zinc too ;-) I hope you get to feeling better soon!! a > > Still low on energy, getting tired of this cough. I feel fine other than > just tired, and this darn cough that won't let up.
