I decided to go with Stepping Up again, and got a great workout.  It's been a few months since I tried it, and was thinking I'd be tripping all over, but not so bad.  I caught on to a couple of things that I hadn't before.  I burned 830 calories with my average being 131, that included the planks at the end as well.  And I re-did one part a few times to try to conquer it.

I think this one is my favorite newer CIA workout. :)Darcy
