Guest guest Posted November 27, 2009 Report Share Posted November 27, 2009 Well, I did my Biggest Loser workout this morning but I figured I needed another little something after all that food I ate yesterday. I had planned on doing a WATP DVD but something else came in the mail today so I decided to give it a try. It was Foreman Walk It off With . It was very similar to the Sansone ones but just seemed too easy to me. It was 30 minutes of walking and about 5 minutes of warm up and afterwards stretches. I didn't seem to get much of a workout from it but at least it burned a few more calories than sitting on the sofa watching TV would do, which is what I am off to do now.
