Monday - Bike & Flexposture

Hi Everyone,

Sticking w/ my FitPrimes as long as they feel good to me! :)

This morning I did 30 min on the bike followed by FlexPosture lead by Tamela Hastie. I have to say that this is one of the oddest workouts I own. There is really a little of everything going on - some Pilates, some Yoga, a little cardio, a little weights. After having for a couple of years, I'm still not even sure if I really like it or not! :0

Tomorrow I'm planning on doing "pump' w/ Heid Tanner!Take care,
