xflowsion + the amazing race

hey, i was just watching last week's season premiere of 'the

amazing race' and eric paskell and his wife are a contestant!!

what a nice surprise. i have eric's dvds -- XFLOWSION, which

are 'hippie yoga' workouts. it is a shame that 'xflowsion'

didnt take off and become popular... i really like eric and his

workouts but they arent for everyone, i guess. (see

www.xflowsion.com). just thought i would mention it since it is

exercise related
