Guest guest
Hi , Gee, I hope you don't have to give up your vacation? What happened to your back to make it worse?? I do hope you are able to go away - do you think it may be time to visit the Dr. again, especially since it has gotten worse? Injuries SUCK, as I too am finding out, my back has gone from bad to worse and I might have to give up my one vacation this year to Maui (i'm feeling just a bit sorry for myself if you can't tell!) and I know how it is to be stuck on the couch with immobility. I can empathize with you on the weight gain. While I wasn't 300 lbs, I did weigh 235 at one point and was also a BB success story when I got down to 165. I'm now at 210 and very angry with myself for letting that happen. You have found the right group to get back on track! a and are also dealing with injuries and are doing what they can in spite of their situation. People here are very encouraging and full of helpful advice! I'm trying to think what workouts you could do that don't tax the rotator cuff. You don't know how much you rely on a body part until you injure it, huh! I'm thinking for you:stationary bike, no armswalk away the pounds no armssquats and lunges using your body weightclimbing stairs The good news is we have both lost weight before so we know we can do it again! What's your exercise plan for the week? Have you made any meals for the week to take to work? Hugs
