yoga toes!

I was thrilled to see yoga toes in my mailbox this evening!  The package label shows a picture of a woman wearing pink ones in the swimming pool so I wore mine in the bathtub.  It said to start with 10-15 minutes, gradually working your way up to wearing them for an hour.

Well, believe, me 15 minutes was long enough for this first timer!  They fit and went on just fine, but after awhile my feet became a tad uncomfortable, especially in my left foot, the one that has the problems at the moment. 

When I took them off, however, my feet felt really good!  Better than they did before I had put them on!  I'm going to keep the yoga toes by the tub for now and wear them when I take a bath.  I would like to have more flexible feet.

I am not surprised to hear that 15 minutes was enough for the first time, I would think that would be almost too long for my squished up toes (being forced apart would be uncomfortable I think). That's great that you felt so good when you took them off too!
