I'm here to say that I know exactly which muscles you use when you do Lurie's Iron Core Way: Kettlebell Express. Even after using that puny 8 lb kb, my legs kept waking me up last night. I used a light bell, or my upper body would have screamed too. I have some light soreness around my shoulders and upper back, but the soreness begins all around my lower abs, my low back, all the glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, and even leg adductors. I decided to do a KB month and work my way back up to heavier bells.

Wow!! That's serious DOMS! Will have to keep this in mind for when I break in the 10 pounder I have... wow!

, I also had slacked off on workouts for weeks, so it might not hit you like that! I was only doing my usual walks and hill walks, but I hadn't taken my body through the range of motion that you get when you do workouts. 

I was really happy that I remembered how to do the Turkish Get-up. I felt like my form was good. That movement is such a great total body warm up that I really should incorporate it before my walks and bike rides.

I don't know why I'm asking this but what is a "Turkish Get-Up?" It sounds like one of Geoff's more interesting workout outfits! (No insult intended in the least bit, Geoff!)

I have no intention to hurt myself and my furniture with a kettlebell at this time but...
