Hi,

This morning I did Muscle Endurance. This is one I dread mainly because of all the leg presses, which you all know I hate. This was tough. I'll bet I burned a lot of calories, I was sweating like crazy. I'm so not use to endurance workouts.

Legs: Leg Presses 10lb plate Squats - 50 Variety 30 Deadlifts - (skipped) Back: 1-Arm Rows - 20 Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo 30 Deadrow Sevens - 30 Deadrow/Clean & Press Combo 30 Deadrow Sevens - 30

Biceps: Barbell Curls - 15 (these are really hard)

Legs: Leg Presses - 10 lb plate Static Lunges - 25

Chest:

DB Flys/Low Ends Combo - 8 Pec Squeezes (6lb med ball)Push-Ups - knees

Triceps: Dips Double Kickbacks - 5 French Presses - 10 lb plate

Legs: Leg Presses 10 lb plate Glute Raises

Shoulders: Standing Rotation Presses 8 Front/Side Raises Combo 5 Seated Rear Delt Raises - 5 Seated Side Lat Raises - 5

Abs: Med Ball

My God I'm glad that's over!!!!!!!!!!!!
