Fat Burn Challenge / Shape Long Lean

I woke up wondering how my back would handle today's workout.  It did just fine.  I modified like only 1 or 2 of the moves and not because it hurt, but because I knew it wouldn't be the smartest thing to do to go all out with them :)  Afterward's I did Shape's Long, Lean, & Strong.  I liked it enough. It moved quickly from one to the other..  It wouldn't call it hard, nor easy, but more middle of the road.  It didn't focus too much on stretching either.  I almost did a good back-stretching video, but decided I wanted to try this one instead.  Anyway, after my workout, I trained Elida right afterwards and did a bit with her, but not much.

No clue what is up for the day, but the weather is gorgeous!  Hope everyone else's is the same!Darcyp.s.  I am officially done with the Push Phase, and after tomorrow's cardio, I will have a lovely recovery week next week! (with my new fluidity barre) :)
