So over time, you might naturally find yourself drawn inward toward more contemplative practices. To give meditation a try, sit comfortably, set a timer for 10 minutes, and explore just sitting, listening to the sounds of life, following the breath, and practicing kindness. And remember that although meditation is a delightfully simple practice, that doesn't mean it's easy! So be patient with yourself, and if your mind strays gently pull it back into focus.
