Guest guest Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 I brew my kombucha in a glass jar and harvest the batch when I like the taste - but within the next couple of days - the 'buchy' gets too strong. What does everyone do to enjoy over the next week or so, without continuous brew? I used to continuous brew but am freaked out by all of the posts about lead and spigots and decided to abandon that.
