I have been enjoying your posts immensely. Some even make me laugh out loud, like the description of the " phlegm " floating in the kt. I thought I was the only one who thought that!! LOL I liken it to the worm at the bottom of the tequila bottle....are YOU brave enough??!! hahaha I have brewed two batches successfully and have two more almost ready. I have a question about glass jars. I have a sun tea jar that works great, and two ceramic crocks. The crocks do not hold a lot of liquid and I am looking to get more gallon glass jars. I live in Connecticut. Any ideas as to where I can purchase them cheaply, or better yet, get them for free? Also, about consumption. It seems that some of you only drink a cup or so a day. Is that the " recommended " amount or is it ok to drink more? I love the taste and have been drinking about 3-4 8oz. glasses a day when I have it bottled. Thank you all for your wonderful advice.
