(getting ready for winter). I had just chest and triceps to finish out my upper body this week so it was Pure Strength and Body Max 2. PS/BM2 chest and triceps. PS CHEST Decline Push-ups toes Bench press warm up 30 Bench press 40Incline bench press 35 Incline chest press 20 Incline chest fly 20Superset (press/fly) 15 BM2 CHEST Decline Pushups on Ball Shins Wide Pushups Toes kneesChest fly's on Ball DB 15 PS TRICEPS Close grip press 15Db french press 8 Cross body extensions 10 Db french press 8 BM2- TRICEPS Single Leg Dips R/L hands elevated DB French Press on Ball DB 15Kickbacks DB 5 After that I put in Yoga Shakti and did Surya a & b. That's all I had time for so for my stretch I went back to PS and did the stretch for CST. I have learned to not do sun salutations after upper body. I could barely get my body down to the floor and back up, my arms were shaking so bad lol. Lesson learned there...that was a true struggle.
