Hi,

This morning I woke up with some major DOMS in my butt. Well, it actually began last night when I went to sit down on the toilet before bed lol...so I KNEW I was going to feel it this morning.

I wasn't sure how I was going to do cardio, but went with ASC2. I did just the combos and skipped combo 5. I just can't get that one for the life of me. I was tripping on the step and getting confused because my damn legs were so sore and weak. I made it through though...I have no clue how.

I had out to do B & G ankle weight abs so I did that. My legs didn't really bother me wearing the weights, but man when I got to the stretch my legs were screaming at me.

I burned 505 calories and earned it all.
