Guest guest
Hi group, We've been making goat mil kefir & water kefir for months. We just got a kombucha scobie and I'm thinking, it's too much work to keep ding it all! Milk kefir is easy/fast enough, but water kefir is very time consuming. Now in order to chose btw water kefir and kombucha, I was wondering if any of you knew specifically what the benefits of both are, which one is superiors in terms of health benefits (probiotics, enzymes, etc...) Or if someone is aware of a link with comparative info, that would be great! It would help choosing, because doing it all simultaneously is too much work! My husband recovered from cancer recently and I'd love to know which of the 2 is a most potent help for the immune system. Thanks!
